We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.


Knowing myself is loving myself. Accepting my qualities and defects makes me increase my self steam as well as accept and appreciate others. 

This time we are going to take our time and think about our good and bad habits. Are they important in our lives ?, have they been  positive or negative for us?
